The company is generally a good place to work, but they are growing through acquisitions which affects job security. They tend to layoff staff with every acquisition. They sometimes acquire businesses they are unfamiliar with, which causes setbacks in growth when they don't listen to their knowledgeable employee base. Also lacks solid growth management planning.

The management is terrible and only if your "friends" with higher-ups will you get promotions or even STAY hired. Management does not keep their word OR follow the rules.
