Pros
They have a decent PTO package and you can work from home sometimes.
Cons
Antiquated systems run by antiquated people. Phrases like "Tried and true" and "I'm old school" are abundant in the engineer and development side. Constantly string employees along with "keep going and we'll make it worth it" but nothing happens. Management is very secretive with any future planning. If you start low, you will remain low. You'll get "promoted" but you'll continue to have old your old responsibilities as well a a heap of new ones.
