You will have same salary through out, no increments and interesting thing is that there wont be any bonus even when company makes profit. Cares only about sales people No other benefits like free parties, food or goodies. If you are lucky may get a water bottle :P Company don't care about employees just their profit margin

Promotions take too long to come. Only a few promotions per departments are allowed per quarter. There could be 200 people waiting for promotions but they only allow 5-10. Benefits are going downhill. Used to get 9% 401k match. Then it was 8%. Now it's 7% and going down to 6% next year. That's a lot of money lost in the long run.
