      Good Time Off but Low Pay

      Pros

      Good time off, work/life balance, 401k.

      Cons

      Low pay, 2% raises and bonuses are a joke and not enough to keep up with inflation and cost of living. Sometimes even Social Security recipients get more than us. They say they invest in their employees but I'm not seeing it yet. Also takes forever to get anything done because of low performers all across the company.

      Great Company with some growing pains

      Pros

      Benefits are above average, especially after a few years of employment. People are great. Work life balance is actually encouraged and not just promoted during interviews. Really generous PTO.

      Cons

      There have been a number of acquisitions in the past few years and integration of the various work streams has been difficult. Comp is not as competitive as the industry, especially annual bonus structure.

      Great Product. Great People.

      Pros

      Nearly everyone is quite approachable. Benefits are decent. Product is an obvious success and was bought out. All employees benefitted.

      Cons

      No matching 401k. Although LexisNexis acquisition may change that by end of the year.
