      Pros

      Company sincerely cares about their employees. Provides career progressions, excellent training opportunities. Healthcare and 401K benefits are very good. The solutions they sell are outstanding and customers NPS scores are excellent.

      Cons

      There are no negative aspects. If you have the opportunity to work here take the job. It can be a career for life!

      Pros

      Management is extremely smart and supportive. Treats employees with respect and rewards employees. Products are outstanding and truly focuses on the customer. Training support and opportunities are encouraged and include robust offerings. Company supports the community with multiple volunteer opportunities and even enables 2 days a year to perform community service/ volunteer programs.

      Cons

      None. I am very happy here.
