      Toxic culture. Bullying. Rampant unprofessionalism. Seen multiple colleaugues reduced to tears. No accountability for behaviors.

There are multiple avenues for employees to raise concerns about the workplace including the RELX Integrity Line which allows for anonymous reports.

      Great co-workers. Decent benefits. Community-service oriented company.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity (gender, race, thought, perspective). Leadership is driven by friendships. Same people are rewarded over and over again. Fairness and equity are truly lacking.
