- Great devs - Good company culture - Good practices Not much of a complaint regarding the dev or the env, that's perfect

Cons

The company it self isn't greedy but the executives really love money and will NOT give you a pay-rise, been stuck with the same salary after a year. In their talks they mention they made so and so amount of money (high amounts) but never give it to us the devs who are making that magic happen. A bulk of the great devs are leaving cause of this.
