Pay is decent, but that is it.

Cons

Impossible to have a normal life while working there. You will get calls at 3AM to check the logs. It is a very toxic place. Theg will own you. Stay away.

Always have work, work and work

Cons

You will have same salary through out, no increments and interesting thing is that there wont be any bonus even when company makes profit. Cares only about sales people No other benefits like free parties, food or goodies. If you are lucky may get a water bottle :P Company don't care about employees just their profit margin
