Pros

Plenty of parking spaces available

Cons

-Owned by Chinese -every man for themselves culture -layoffs are a constant -low morale -rare to get a raise, more likely to win powerball -good ol’ boy network -blatant favoritism -it is more important who you know versus what you accomplish -spineless management. There for the paycheck not to lead -mgmt focused on cleanliness of bathroom vs providing valid short and long term goals -focus on ‘customers for life’ yet very few opportunities to listen or speak to actual customers -not a flat organization, too many middle managers -hybrid office with offshore team members -vast open spaces in offices perhaps due to layoffs -open floor concept for workers, managers with private offices -headquarters in US but cater to offshore teams for meetings -printer market diminishing by the second -investment on niche products -very old conferencing equipment -higher focus on process than delivering the correct thing -constant gossip amongst employees. In team meetings managers and directors even ask about latest company gossip heard -smart new employees leave quickly -lots of young new hires and much more employees getting close to retirement -entering the building is a soul sucking experience -culture is 'work hard and play harder’ -training is non-existent but everyone has a tip on how you could do your job better -responsibilities are watered down, things that look good on a resume are mgrs responsibility -lots of divas in software development -decisions made by mgmt, antithesis of agile mentality where experts make the decisions -Managers that do not do a good job just get reassigned, employees get added to the 'next layoff' list after one mistake -heard about employees stuck in their career level due to one past mistake

No funding for innovation. No desire/plan to grow and expand their presence in the laser printer market.
