Not too bad, not too great

Pros

Good team work culture. The teams always work well together instead of pointing fingers. Most of the people in lower management are very friendly and understanding. Flexible working hours. As long as you get your job done on time, nobody cares when you come in and when you leave.

Cons

Pay could be better. Some of the best "geeks" I have seen stay here only because they are born here and they have all their family here. Upper Management has no clue about anything. Not enough motivational activities for employees. Seriously, who would ask employees to pay for a holiday lunch.
