Our Products and Flexibility

Pros

The 2 things that keep me motivated and interested is our suite of products and our flexibility. I love that working with a product that is such an integral part of someone's growth and movement to the next stage in their life. I find extra motivation in making sure we are on top of our game when it comes to working with clients, training our users or researching ways to make the product work better. Also I have always found that we are extremely flexible when life happens. We are consistently understanding, compassionate and aware that you cannot always predict what will happen next in someone's personal life.

Cons

There are times when the rate at which our business is growing has outpaced the rate at which we can add resources. This has led to a sometimes overwhelming amount of work. I understand that this is a product of our past quality of work and is also a compliment but it also can be tough to keep up.

The work environment is great, everyone's friendly and easy to work with! Team leads are especially helpful and give great feedback!

Cons

Application needs some updates, luckily our team is working to make some of these necessary changes in the three months I have been here!
