Good coworkers, interesting clientele, some decent SaaS products

Cons

No work/life balance, company has difficulty scaling, start-up mentality even though they're over 20 years. Many positions are 'dead ends' career wise as management has very little turnover (old boys club) so there is nowhere to rise.
