Pros

Above average benefits Ability to leverage purchasing/bargaining power of parent company (MASCO) Good work-life balance Great company culture - felt like one big family

Cons

Not much opportunity for growth if you aren't in the marketing group Pay was definitely below market average. Sometimes went a little too far with the touchy-feely employee engagement / team building stuff.

Pros

Opportunity to grow fresh out of MBA school. Leadership has a strong plan to grow. Get it done kind of culture that rises to occasion. Product development program as made leaps and bounds the past few years.

Cons

Risk adverse and struggle with grown only small increments. Culture slow to change. Can be chaos and a little frustrating. Pay below industry average and benefits package is just ok.
