Pros
Positive outlook and serious about employee engagement. Liberty works hard to foster a supportive and positive work place. There is a feeling of family and cooperation not found in many companies.
Cons
Fast paced and not always organized. Some issues repeat, but instead of dealing with the underlying causes, a quick fix is put in place and its on to the next challenge.
