      Pros

      Liberty Mutual is a fantastic place to work. The organization cares about talent acquisition, and the teams work well together. The focus on diversity and inclusion are genuine. Overall, we're given the systems, tools, expectations, and resources we need to be successful.

      Cons

      We get so many direct applicants, I wish it was easier to communicate with everyone in a more timely fashion, but we're always thinking of ways to improve the candidate experience.
