Great work environment, friendly co-workers, great pay and paid-time-off. Smooth on-boarding process. HR and IT departments really make it easy for new hires.

Cons

Very expensive healthcare premium - need to negotiate a better deal with United Health.

Cons

Corporate dress code feels out of place in 2017. Below average health insurance. Parental leave benefits are minimal.

Cons

Because of Liberty being such a large organization, the bureaucracy causes incredible slowdown when making decisions. It can be very slow moving at times.
