Incredibly healthy work life balance. Truly care about keeping employees happy. Allow for flexible work arrangements. Engaging but not overwhelming work. Interesting and varied problem solving that allows you to both work with the business but also take time to purely do development and solution building.

Cons

Middle tier salary, large company bureaucracy, some coworkers or other groups you run into within the company can be slow or seemingly apathetic. Return to office is a poor recent policy choice

Used to pride itself on work life balance, and caring for their employees. Recently been forcing all employees within 50mi of an office into a hybrid 2 day in office work week regardless of their working situation, team composition, or hiring status (hired as remote/in office).
