Pros

The positive is the job is fully remote with minor travel but you work more than a 40 hour week

Cons

Company feels not stable. Too many pressures for underwriting and support work systems not effective or helpful. The job is more sales than originally anticipated. You’re expected to be a TM and underwriter but don’t get sales bonuses. Goals are unobtainable

Pros

Pay is pretty good, however, when you break down the amount of time you put in the salaried job , you’re better off working at McDonald’s. Benefits, time off , autonomy.

Cons

You work 14-16 hour days and get about 4 days off. They start managing you out the door from day one just in case you don’t perform at the job. They say one thing, work life balance and do another. You would be better off working for the ladder assist companies instead
