Pros

Health benefits Regular compensation is good but no cost of living.

Cons

Work-life balance - Since 2018 LM has increased our work week from 37.5 hours to 40, took away Condensed Work week, removed the option of coming in earlier than 7am, limited our flex time, took away unpaid FMLA and forces the employee to use FTO, enforced Mandatory Return to office for those working from home within 50 miles and this year removed a Personal Holiday. LM is very micro-managed. Company is politically bias-Speakers do not represent all parties.

Pros

Amazing benefits, supportive management, competitive pay, amazing training.

Cons

Formerly fully remote positions have now been made hybrid. I would not be surprised if more and more time in the office is required moving forward. Adjusters are overworked and have poor work/life balance but that seems to come with the role at any company.

Poor hiring practices with bias and no standards for leader positions. 10. Zero job security, contributing to general instability. 11. Lack of psychological safety, with a broken organizational culture. 12. Too many priorities, leading to a lack of focus and direction.
