      The lack of transparency and casually removing DEI. This was a company that once cared about doing the right thing, since the change of leadership it has become more and more demoralizing to work here.

      I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Liberty Mutual. The people here are truly incredible. They are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. The hybrid work schedule strikes a great balance; working from home is flexible and respected, and the in-office days offer a refreshing change of scenery and a chance to connect face-to-face. It’s a place where you feel both valued and empowered.
