Tough Job

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Consistent pay, excellent training program, great management

Cons

The work load is intense, most adjusters are working 10 hours a day but not claiming overtime to avoid getting in trouble with management but it is the only way to get the work done. The burnout is severe, not enough pay or time off available.

Pros

They will let you work remotely if you live over 50 miles away from a branch.

Cons

If you work in auto claims you will be micromanaged, overworked, underpaid, and they will put you on a "performance plan" inappropriately to extort your 'new hire bonus' back from you when you resign due to health issues caused by the hostile environment.

Pros

My time at liberty has been amazing and honestly the best job I’ve had in years!

Cons

Pay could be a little better for certain departments based on the workload but it works for now
