It was salary position with lack of work life balance. The travel was extensive to multiple states that typically amounted to very long days. In addition there was a fair amount of turn over in the role as well that would mean claim reassignments.

A lot of reorganization of the business recently, but nothing out of the ordinary for most companies. Sometimes work is not clearly defined, but with the right connections progress is always made.
