Pros

-A strong advocate of corporate responsibility -Managers and coworkers were extremely helpful Overall, this company was a great company to work for. They really do take the time and effort to treat their employees with the utmost respect and managers and coworkers are all extremely helpful and friendly. I was really glad and an extremely fortunate to have this company as a stepping ground for my career development.

Cons

-Not necessarily a lot of room to grow within the company (lacks upward mobility)

Pros

I was hired out of college. They primarily hire new college graduates, so I got to hang out with my cool people my age. The pay was not the best but your raise depended whether or not you had a good understanding manager.

Cons

Long working hours and unlike other insurance companies the company did not try to make sure you had a personal life.

Pros

Great benefits from day one, as sales agent you have laptop & aircard to use for personal use. Flexibility to schedule your own appointments as long as you maintain your I/M status. great in-depth training and opportunity to travel in the begining.

Cons

Base pay is low for other insurance positions similiar. Micromanagement by branch manager and too many programs to run. Buying sales leads is 'frowned upon" by management and they constantly require you do community activites which are very time consuming. Quota requirements are too strict compared to other positions of this type. They have a two year probation policy and if you can't come up with the required sales policies the management has no grey area, you are terminated.
