Pros

Solid leadership / Forward thinking company / focused on becoming an industry leader, not a follower

Cons

Tough to get beyond middle management without the "pedigree" - Ivy League, MIT etc. Also, lacks inclusiveness beyond middle management.

Overall, Positive Experience to Date

Pros

Every office can be very different, but generally a relaxed and understanding work environment. There tends to be a decent work-life balance. There are four personal holidays and 15 vacation days. The work week is 37.50 hours per week, so 7.5 hours per day, as opposed to 8.

Cons

Very rigid in some policies and Liberty Mutual does not tend to be on the cutting edge of technology and business environment changes.
