      decent work life balance ok benefits structure (as compared to much smaller companies) flexible work schedule ample training and resouces

      Cons

      hard to transfer into other departments difficult to promote from within, even with good performance, prior work experience, and education inconsistencies in what management says you may be hired as an adjuster, but your job will really be customer service rep
