Pros

Things depend a lot on your manager and the department/team you're a part of. Pay is good. Benefits are good, not great. Good work/life balance depending on your role and manager. Since it's a big company there are opportunities to move to different areas and do different things if you're interested.

Cons

It's a big company in a highly regulated industry, so that impacts your daily work. There are a lot of different, interlocking groups and a lot of competing interests at times. Things sometimes move much slower than you would like and it takes a lot of time and effort to make meaningful changes. Meeting deadlines is the only thing that matters to upper management Office accommodations are okay at best

Pros

Great work life balance. Fair pay scale. Coworkers are hard working and collaborative. Good office location and office ergonomics. Many long lasting employees, low turnover rate.

Cons

Upper management has trouble making decisions and is distrustful of employees at times. Reliance on contract work for IT projects.

Pros

There are some great managers and senior management. If you report to them, it is a very rewarding place to work. Working from home (like 1x per week) & flexible scheduling is possible depending on manager. The company provides a lot of training opportunities.

Cons

There are some members of management who only care about themselves. They can impede on work/life balance. It's a large company, so the typical red tape can be a hassle.
