positive staff, sense of family/teamwork, free meals, free company shirts, lots of fun activities that encourage building relationships with fellow staff members and residents.

Cons

low pay, insurance isnt the greatest.

Some co-workers were genuine and supportive Opportunity to gain licensing hours quickly Great chance to learn and gain experience while having some independence

Cons

Residents have a history of being housed to keep money coming in, documents go missing, people work together to cover up or undermind others, good staff are ran off while bad staff are kept as long as they were willing to fill scheduling, forced used of PTO on the years
