I loved working at Liberty and only reason I left was due to relocation to the US Liberty has good company culture, puts emphasis on employees' personal development and career progression, management recognise and retain talent, there is family like atmosphere and created by a great collection of people from all over the world

Cons

May need extra space in the near future as employee number has grown consideraby within the HQ in London
