Terrible senior leadership who want the glory without the support of their teams. Projects are cool but you don't actually get to do anything in them which makes an impact as again Senior leadership know best, despite not aligning with business objectives. Then when they flop they go quiet and on to the next thing. Finally, salaries are terrible unless you threaten to leave or simply leave. Its a huge revolving door and those who have been there a long time either have a sweet deal because they threatened to leave and are irreplaceable or they're living on pennies.

Management was not proactive, used the phrase “I’m Switzerland” a lot when dealing with issues, therefore nothing every got sorted about anything. Staff were encouraged to work through breaks and overtime when zero overtime is paid. The words “paying overtime is not in the culture”. When I handed my notice in, I was ignored by management in my final month. It’s like I no longer existed, despite doing over 3 years of hard work. Zero progression.
