1.5 hour breaks Customer Service and Operations are the only department that know what theyre doing Head Office Management - so good and they try their best to make it a great place to work Flagship store Management - SOME of them are so good and they work so hard to do what they can 35% Discount on most things Despite the absolute circus that goes on behind the scene, the company is growing.
Cons
Bad ethos in the store Some departments are running on fumes, don’t know what they’re doing The pay Working weekends/shift pattern The company structure has changed twice in 4 months Really hard to get basic things done because the processes in place don’t make sense
