easy laid back environment as a result of a slowly dying business caused by mismanagement at the upper level that bleeds down into mid level management.

Cons

routinely breaking osha safety laws from what I saw, tricked into working 3 months while waiting for my commissions that I was promised in person at the job interview and then was told through middle management that they were not going to pay me them right after I wasted 2 days helping the inventory their whole warehouse which was extremely disorganized and unsafe. one week later i saw them posting the same job listing with commissions. lower level employees were all really laid back and chill. no complaints with any of them. Extremely disorganized CRM.

-Its a small supplier so you can be very agile. - Plenty of opportunities to gain new business. - Healthy work and home life balance. - They expect you to run the business, you're not micromanaged.

Cons

- As a small supplier your product line access is limited compared to the bigger suppliers. - Everyone on your team has to be adaptable to other roles. This is part of being on a small team.
