      Loved the Kids, Not Crazy About Hours

      Pros

      Children are always a plus for me, we got a discount on items and a free membership for working there

      Cons

      Scheduling was very inconsiderate and inconsistent. We were expected to work full time hours while only receiving part time pay. Not to mention, I was hired to be an associate and yet they had mandatory dates where we were required to help paint, pitch and take down tents, move large objects, and basically act as a construction crew for new exhibits.

      Pros

      The staff I worked with at LSC was among the best I've ever associated with. There were almost no personnel issues, and everyone actively helped everyone else to be better workers, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Management could be a bit slow and disorganized, starting from the top to the mid-level people, which inevitably trickled down to the floor staff.
