Management could use some more support from their superiors. Floor staff are treated as expendable. Periods of unstimulating work. Low expectations/poor treatment from stressed out and over-worked supervisors.

Middle/Upper management has absolutely no idea how to create a productive and productive work environment. Most managers I worked with would either listen to suggestions and take them nowhere, or rebut any suggestions or complaints to make the worker look bad, even going so far as to blatantly lie to save face. There's no room for growth, despite what HR/talent development suggests. HR seldom responds to emails, if at all. They only care about if LSC gets sued, they have no interest in advocating for their employee's wellbeing. They'll cut your benefits and change your job description and expect you to be okay with it. I wouldn't recommend that my dog work here, let alone a friend.
