Nothing special, nothing too hard. Just a "job"
Pros
The work can be very easy at times, and during down time, staff can work on personal work or use their phone (discreetly.) Reasonable accommodation, like extra time for physically demanding work, given very often with no need to explain. The staff is the redeeming factor for the lack of growth - everyone from every department is fun to speak with.
Cons
Promises of employee evaluations and room for growth go unfulfilled. No growth. Paid less than local businesses for same work when this company is supposed to be growing (a multi-million dollar expansion soon!) Also, unclear rules and inconsistent distribution of hours among staff, as if favoritism was taking place. Department often understaffed, and terribly understaffed at the management level - yet little hiring or promotions taking place!
