Great place to gain experience in customer service. Great stepping stone for anyone interested in pursuing a career in education field.

Cons

Blue shirts ( floor associates) are not treated fairly compared to other employees. You can be terminated for cell phone usage but someone else can make a huge mistake like endangering the welfare of a guest and keep their job because they are friends with management. Not much growth available. Pay rate is good but they short you on hours unless its a peak season ( winter holidays.. Presidents day weekend..end of school year rushes)

Great job for high school students. Some exhibitions they bring in are really informative and fun.

Cons

Terrible management No room for promotions Upper offices is filled with snarky individuals who have no idea what it means to run an organization. CEO has zero interest in his employees or the center whatsoever. HR is a joke
