Pros

Great staff, love my coworkers. You can learn a lot working here. We've been getting some new programming, so that is a little exciting.

Cons

Low morale, not enough pay, sometimes not enough hours. Not much room for growth. It's a bit discouraging, especially when you feel underrepresented and under-compensated. Not looking for a pat on the back for every deed done, but a little appreciation, motivation can go a long way.

Helping the community at large, meet interesting people. You are able to serve people of different ages, backgrounds, states, and you learn a lot of interesting information. The institution is currently thriving even with minimal staff.

Cons

There is a lot of politics in the office which can lead to low morale from the staff members. Staff is currently working the jobs of two-three people but not being compensated as such. Much of the staff feels unappreciated, which made it difficult to wake up and get to work everyday.
