Middle/Upper management has absolutely no idea how to create a productive and productive work environment. Most managers I worked with would either listen to suggestions and take them nowhere, or rebut any suggestions or complaints to make the worker look bad, even going so far as to blatantly lie to save face. There's no room for growth, despite what HR/talent development suggests. HR seldom responds to emails, if at all. They only care about if LSC gets sued, they have no interest in advocating for their employee's wellbeing. They'll cut your benefits and change your job description and expect you to be okay with it. I wouldn't recommend that my dog work here, let alone a friend.

There are not enough words to describe this place. There are countless instances of sexism and racism that are prevalent in the workplace. Management are a wicked combination of insecure, arrogant, and petty and will punish you just because you questioned them. They treat the CEO like he is a god. They will not defend you from aggressive and offensive guests. HR would sooner scream at you than help you and is the biggest joke in the building. Dont try to fix things because when you try to inform them of assault both sexual and physical or something that is a danger to the public they will brush you off or straight up ignore you. Do yourself a favor and don't work here.
