      very friendly coworkers & management, culture is very good, expectations of employees are reasonable, work life balance is great

      Cons

      the only real con for software developers is, the codebase is basically 100% VB.NET and is somewhat poorly written; if you are okay with using older technologies, you aren't a huge stickler for code quality, & you are okay with a slower pace of development and new things in general, you will probably love it there. it is probably culturally comparable with other software companies in the healthcare space.

      Customer and product oriented company that takes care of employees. Great benefits, fast paced but good life-work balance.

      Cons

      Very fast growing company so a lot of changes to keep up with. But most changes are positive and there is room for growth.
