Pros

They seem to really promote their snacks. They do a good job of stocking the chips and sodas

Cons

Terrible management. No kind of culture at at they just sit at an office space for 8 hours a day and then leave. You can literally sit at the desk all day with no one even attempting to talk to you, so it’s a very easy pay check if you want quick money.

Pros

Good Company to work with and smart people to share thoughts with. It offers great opportunities to learn and implement new ideas to improve for the good of the company and team. Management is open to new ideas and willing to improve and make enhancements in their processes and methods. Management Listens and support you to be successful in achieving your goals and becoming the best version of you. Free snacks, coffee and drinks. Great welcoming to new hires. Great insurance benefits, Great people!

Cons

Challenging at times due to heavy workload, working from home not available to new hires. A little less PTO given than the standard on larger companies for new employees.

Pros

Good benefits that are 100% paid for by the company. Most fellow engineers are nice enough co-workers.

Cons

Absolutely no WFH opportunities for anyone that's worked there less than 5-10 years. Management is insistent on using completely antiquated technology and suggestions for what would be seamless upgrades are shutdown immediately. The Engineering leadership is set in their ways of using obsolete, unsupported technologies. Explorations and experimentations of new technologies for the sake of improving the existing product lineup is often met with accusations of stealing company time.
