      Pros

      Laid-back company with lots of opportunity for personal growth and projects. Great WLB.

      Cons

      Company moves slowly and leadership is traditional in many ways. They also can be reluctant to spend more than they absolutely have to for employees. The main codebase is also a legacy nightmare in many ways, but it's seen tons of improvement over the last couple of years.
