      Pros

      I love working at Liberty Software. I worked at a pharmacy that used Liberty Software before becoming an employee. It has really been a great place to work. 100% paid benefits for employee. I believe 50% paid for dependents. They contribute to my HSA account as well and have 401K match. The leadership team cares about their employees' needs. All of the teams work together to answer questions or resolve issues. Snacks and drinks in the breakroom. Lots of pros! Unlike anywhere else I have worked.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons really. We are growing a lot, so things change frequently. This is no big deal though if you can roll with the punches.

      Pros

      very friendly coworkers & management, culture is very good, expectations of employees are reasonable, work life balance is great

      Cons

      the only real con for software developers is, the codebase is basically 100% VB.NET and is somewhat poorly written; if you are okay with using older technologies, you aren't a huge stickler for code quality, & you are okay with a slower pace of development and new things in general, you will probably love it there. it is probably culturally comparable with other software companies in the healthcare space.
