Pros

The place where I worked was awesome, to meet so many different people it was great!

Cons

The long hours, people doing their own stuff. Not working as a team.

Pros

Free tuition, but having got a BS there i really wasn't looking to have a Master's from there too but then i wasn't going to get any more student loans, so took the shortest masters program possible. My spouse's health insurance is better but i hear fellow employees say its good. The only other reason I'm still there is my fellow co-workers...we are sort of together on this journey. Overtime I've learnt and seen agents come in and get fired...so you never know which day is your last

Cons

ALOT of micro managing. This is a Christian University but not all prospective/current students are Christian. They will scream, curse and get rude with you either because 1. the university requires them to take&pay for classes that they feel are not cohesive with their goals 2.they feel that the university has too many policies that are ever changing within short timeframes 3.as with all customer service they want the supervisor the supervisor or manager will tell you not to take the stress home and it can be hard but the co-workers are there for you and it's awesome. It's common to hear that there's opportunity for growth but only if you had managerial experience prior to joining LUOnline or you know someone. The pay is not good and they know it because they say they don't reward us enough but that our reward is in heaven... Every other month agents are quiting or transferring hence hiring new agents is common hence they maintain a low pay grade rather than increasing pay for those that stay longer
