Pros

I enjoyed working for the Marketing Department because it allowed me to develop skills and interact with various individuals.

Cons

At times it was difficult to have a say in your job and often were overworked for the compensation. However, I still found it a good work environment.

Pros

Liberty University is growing fast! It is inspiring to see the steps that they have taken in the last 10 years. This has made room for countless new positions with new departments also appearing fairly regularly.

Cons

Many departments are not as focused on efficiency as they should be. From my experiences, there is not enough pressure to acheive superb results but too many managers who find average to be acceptable.
