Pros
Highly competent professionals with high levels of social intelligence are trusted to do their jobs. We are also extremely well supported. Our managers understand that we are human and help us if we are overburdened, sad, stuck, etc. I receive praise and recognition for my work several times a week (sometimes several times a day!). All the other consultants are willing to share their wisdom, knowledge, and tools with one another. The annual company holiday party and summer picnic give staff opportunities to hang out and bond and the company recognizes everyone’s birthday and work anniversary. Excellent benefits for a small company. Always a steady pipeline of work.
Cons
Not the highest paying firm around, but the rates are competitive. You’re on a project maybe with one other Liberum staff member so it’s hard to bond with others at the company.
