Pros
The job is really easy, no hard work and you can understand everything easily.
Cons
Management moves you to different locations in your district. You don't have have choice of hours that often. When you asked for a day off they "think about it". Usually you don't get it because they don't care. Since you're in a library with nothing other then organization there is staff drama. Older vetted employees treat the young ones with no respect. This company will take over local libraries and lower pay of all the members to pay themselves more. Min wage, No benefits, no time off, and during the Covid19 epidemic they did not shut down the library until forced by the state.
