Pros
I had heard many negative things about this company before I worked for them, but none were true. I received good pay, ok benefits, and in the end was fairly happy with the culture and work.
Cons
After the departure of the original founders it was hard to know who was in charge and where we were headed. There was no good way to report issues with management.
