Flexible hours, good WFH policies.

Cons

Management is a mixed bag (the chief is great, many project managers not so much). You'll be assigned to topics you have little to no experience in. High turnover because a lot of managers have the attitude of "I assigned this work to you, get it done or get out" after assigning you 60 hours of work above your pay grade.
