Pros

Very friendly work environment. Work hours are somewhat flexible. Not too intensive which gives you time to work on other endeavors as well.

Cons

Doesn't offer TSP or IRA plans for NTE (Not-to-exceed) employees. Can get a little too lax at times. Finding additional work can help with time passing by. Little to no promotion potential in this position.
