Pros

- very interesting work - management is open to detailing staff to other areas - access to lectures and documentaries

Cons

- definitely not on the leading edge of anything - lots of old people around but I guess that means they like it here.

Pros

Working with the most amazing collection of materials and many of the most talented and dedicated people in the world. Great work life balance. People stay here forever.

Cons

An ever changing and shifting morass of paperwork and rules and changing management.
