Holidays, Professionalism, good pay, no calls when off etc.

Cons

12 hours shift, standing all day, only 30 mins break, heavy lifting, constant stress, always short staff etc

The good and bad side

Pros

Due to my team, I had quite a positive experience at lidl as everybody was friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge impact when working in a role like this. You are expected to do different roles such as stocking the shelves, cashier, working on self checkout to bakery work.

Cons

I think the expectations are too high and they expect you to do things at a pace that may not be suitable for everybody.
